Clara y Pablo crecieron como dos amigos que quisieron montar algo con calma. Se conocieron trabajando en una finca de café en Colombia, él tostando, ella horneando. Volvieron, pero la idea no les dejó.
Clara and Pablo grew up as two friends who wanted to build something slowly. They met working on a coffee farm in Colombia, him roasting, her baking. They came back, but the idea wouldn't let go.
En 2023 abrieron Café Cierzo en Chamberí. Poca barra, una tostadora pequeña, cocas de aceite recién horneadas. Cambian de blend cada mes.
